This day trip from Marrakech to Ouzoud Waterfalls is just a short drive from the vibrant, bustling red city. It’s a wonderful opportunity to view some of the beautiful Moroccan countryside. Summer is noticeably cooler and fresher. Ouzoud Waterfalls is one of many fascinating waterfalls in Morocco and the most well-known. The Marrakech-Ouzoud Falls Tour will take you through the Atlas Mountains to see the highest waterfall in North Africa at 110m.
This excursion to the Ouzoud Falls will allow you to enjoy a stroll by the river and a glass of tea with a view of the cascades at one of the many cafes. The falls are home to the Barbary apes, which can be seen in the trees, along with many flitting birds. Lunch can be as simple as a tajine on one of the many terraces, allowing you to enjoy the stunning views of the waterfalls while you eat (lunch is not included).
This excursion to the Ouzoud Falls
Ouzoud Waterfalls’ day of sightseeing begins in Marrakech at 8:15 am. These are some of the most beautiful natural beauty spots in Morocco. It takes about three hours to drive there. You will find red cliffs, doves, and oleander in the surrounding countryside. If you’re lucky, you might even see some Barbary apes. Walkers and bird-watchers alike will love a visit to the waterfalls. All year, except for the hottest summer months of August and July. You can find many places to eat lunch with stunning views of the waterfalls from your terrace. A short walk will take you to the waterfalls.
You can climb to the top of the falls, where you can see the full splendor and the river. This is the best way to see the falls. Falls are from the bottom. There are about 1000 steps. We drive six kilometers to Imi-n-Ifri on the way back to Marrakech, at Demnate. The spectacular Mehasseur River flowing between vertical rock walls is breathtaking. Full-day at the Ouzoud Waterfalls.

Gary BlakeleyWe rode camels at both Palmeraie and in the Agafay Desert. If you don’t have a lot of time to spare for this experience go to Palmeraie, but if you can devote a few hours head out to the Agafay. I highly recommend the 4pm tour in the Agafay as the light can be beautiful and really enhance photographs. The one thing we didn't like was being asked to don blue robes and headwear, but you can easily decline without it being an issue. All in all we had a great time and it was excellent value for money.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Aixa G. YazidiI took my Spanish small group ONLY WOMEN there. Dean LittleWhat a wonderful trip and evening, my family and absolutely loved it. Camel riding in the desert, then a dinner in a glamping camp site with swimming pool, bathroom, very comfortable bedroom. The entertainment was great at dinner too, very interactive and my kids were immersed. If your kids, like mine, love animals there are loads to interact with donkey, horse, camel, geese etc. The party at the end was great fun as well with the wife, kids and I dancing around with all the other guests, just having a good time. Would recommend this in a heartbeat.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
