camelridemarrakech.com is operated by SunnyExcursion, We are specialized in providing Day trips and activities from Marrakech and travel services in Morocco.
Reservations & Registration
If you book a tour with us, you’ll be agreeing to these terms for yourself and any other person using our services in connection with an order you have made. You Agree:
- Reservations or changes must be made by writing (through our email on our website).
- There is no reservation or modification to any request can be made through the phone.
- To confirm your reservation, you need to have proof of deposit.
Booking Procedures & Payments
After you have negotiated the quote itinerary and the invoice, the information of your the itinerary will be provided to you. The booking will be confirmed once we have received the initial 50€ or 20€ deposit of the invoice. You can pay with Card, PayPal.
The balance remaining must be made in cash (Dirhams or Euros) in accordance with the current rates applicable on the day of the reservation.
Changes to Your Booking
You are able to change the date of your reservation provided you we are notified promptly and we confirm that you have made the request by writing. We will make any arrangements that are possible for your reservation without fees, however, we are unable to guarantee this. If it is not possible for changes to make to your reservation for any reason, you will have the option of make the original reservation in time or to cancel the trip and pay fees for cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your trip, we need to be informed promptly in writing that you decided to end your travel plans. The cancellation cost is dependent on the number of days that we have received your cancellation notice prior to the start of your journey. If you cancel:
- If you cancel more than 7 days away from your departure: We’ll refund your initial payment (100 percent)
- Between 5-7 days prior to departure: We’ll reimburse your 50% of the deposit
- less than 5 days prior to departure no refund
We have the right to cancel your trip in the event of an emergency, like (natural disasters, terrorist attacks or war, riots and fires, adverse weather conditions and more) and we’ll reimburse the amount you paid us. We do not provide additional compensation.
If you have any specific requirements that are crucial to the reservation (dietary or medical needs aid with wheelchairs, or other) you should inform us prior to making a reservation in writing. If there are any special requirements we aren’t able to satisfy, we will inform that you by email befor you make the reservation.
We do not offer any insurance. It is your obligation to purchase an appropriate travel insurance. However, it is strongly advised to ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover delay, illness, cancellation or baggage damage, etc.
We are responsible in the event that any or arrangement for your trip do not meet the requirements in the reservation. We will offer reasonable compensation (limited to the amount that you have paid us for that part of your tour). We are not responsible for any personal injuries, illnesses, injuries, death or loss that occurs on your journey.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents. Review your travel documentation carefully and inform promptly of mistakes in dates, names or dates. Your passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months before you enter the country. You should print and keep the travel documents supplied on the website. You must also make sure that all required documents are valid prior to the date of departure for your trip. This is the responsibility of the participant in the trip.

We respect your data and concern about your privacy and security. So, we’re accountable for protecting your booking details, and we will use your personal data to make reservations with hotels as well as any other third-party vendors. We will communicate the details of your travel requests with vendors partners to make your travel experience safe and enjoyable.
Modifications to these Terms
Should you experience any issues regarding the site, its services or information Please contact your hotel/driver for assistance in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
